Project Proposal Timeline

The Summer and Winter seasons constitute the two proposal periods per year. Take a look at the figure below for key dates to be aware of.

PLEASE NOTE! The timeline below reflects our normal standard. In 2025, we have had to deviate from this timeline. We hope to resume the standard timeline for summer 2026 positions.
