We are so happy to have you! Please review the resources below to better familiarize yourself with the proposal and participant selection process.

Updated SIP Program Timeline

In 2025 we had to shift the standard SIP program timeline to be flexible with external impacts and delays. Below you will find the most up to date SIP timeline adjusted for the delays experienced in 2025. FY '26 winter positions can start between February 2026-April 2026, then we will shift to the summer timeline.

Standard SIP Program Timeline

The SIP program operates in two major seasons, summer and winter. The figure below highlights our normal standard program timeline. Please be aware of these dates. Summer positions start between May-September and winter positions start between October-April.
