The next open application cycle will be in Mid-December for summer 2027 positions.
We welcome aspiring professionals to apply and we invite the full participation of individuals currently exploring STEM and public land management career fields.
Apply early—positions will close after receiving 60 applicants!

Take a look at positions that interest you!

Ensure you are available for the full number of weeks listed in the description. Check start & end dates are a good match.

You may apply for up to five positions per season.

2. Collect application materials
Prepare key items before you start applying:

Current resume

Recent school transcript (unofficial is OK)

2–3 references (name, email, phone number; choose people who who could speak strongly on your behalf, if contacted)
3. Review timelines
Applications for winter 2026/2027 season have closed. Summer positions will open for applications in mid-December.

5. Preview application questions
